Accessibility Statement

AÍDA Medical Technologies and Projects
Effective Date: November 2, 2026 · Last Updated: November 2, 2026
Hear this, all who come to our pages. We hold that every person, whatever their sight, hearing, movement, or manner of thinking, ought to be able to read, use, and understand this website. We mean every word plainly. This statement tells you what we aim to achieve, what steps we take, where we still fall short, and how to reach us when you meet a barrier.
1. Our Promise
AÍDA Medical Technologies and Projects ("AÍDA," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making this website usable by people with disabilities. We work to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, which is the widely accepted standard for accessible websites. We also keep in mind the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and we honor the spirit of those laws.
2. Where We Stand Today
We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we are working to reach it across the whole site. We will not claim more than is true: some pages or features may not yet meet every requirement. We review our pages from time to time and correct problems as we find them.
3. What We Do
To make our pages easier for all, we take these steps:
-
Use clear headings and a logical page order, so that screen readers and keyboard users can move about with ease
-
Provide text descriptions for meaningful images
-
Keep text and background colors in sufficient contrast, and do not rely on color alone to carry meaning
-
Allow the site to be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible marker showing where you are on the page
-
Label form fields and buttons plainly, with clear error messages when something goes wrong
-
Build pages that adjust to different screen sizes and allow text to be enlarged without loss of content
-
Write in plain language wherever we can, and explain medical or technical terms where they matter
-
Test new pages and updates for accessibility before and after they go live
4. Tools and Technology We Rely On
This website is built to work with common assistive tools, including:
-
Screen readers, such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack
-
Screen magnifiers and browser zoom
-
Speech recognition and voice control software
-
Keyboard-only navigation and switch devices
-
The site is designed for use with current versions of major web browsers on computers, tablets, and phones.
5. Known Limits
We tell you plainly where trouble may remain:
-
Documents. Some older PDF files, such as product sheets or manufacturer materials, may not be fully accessible. If you cannot read one, please ask us for another format.
-
Third-party content. Some tools and content on our pages come from other companies, such as ordering or quote tools, embedded video, scheduling tools, and analytics. We do not fully control these, though we ask our partners to meet accessibility standards and work with them to fix problems.
-
Video and audio. Some videos may lack captions or transcripts. We are working to add them, and we will provide them on request.
-
We are working to correct these matters and welcome your help in finding them.
6. Medical Information and Accessibility
This website shares business and product information for healthcare professionals and organizations. It does not give medical advice. If you need product information in a different form, such as large print, plain text, or a spoken description, tell us and we will do our best to provide it in a timely way.
7. Tell Us of Any Barrier
If you meet a problem using this website, or if you need information in another format, please write to us. Your word helps us mend what is broken. When you write, it helps us if you tell us:
-
The page address (URL) or the name of the page where you met the problem
-
A short description of the trouble
-
The device, browser, and any assistive tool you were using
-

Accessibility is not a task finished once and set aside. We commit to the following:
-
Reviewing the website for accessibility on a regular schedule
-
Training the people who write and build our pages in accessible practices
-
Checking new features and outside tools for accessibility before we add them
