AÍDA Medical Consultants' founder, Robert O'Leary, served as a deckhand and small boat crewman aboard US Coast Guard Cutter Waesche in Alameda, CA.
He was given the opportunity to serve aside great people, sail most of the Pacific and Arctic Ocean, and learned lessons that made the whole experience worth it.
It's our personal mission that all veterans receive the highest quality of care, prompt access to that care, and the support they need to make a smooth transition back into society.

Veteran's Health Administration (VHA)
The VHA runs the largest integrated health system in the country, with its own pathways for how solutions reach patients. We help providers navigate those pathways, from procurement to the right service lines, so effective options actually make it to the veterans who depend on them.
Community Care Network (CCN)
When veterans receive care outside the VA, the Community Care Network connects them with providers in their own community. We help those providers understand how CCN works and where they fit, so veterans get timely, high-quality care close to home without the process slowing things down.
Veterans Transitioning into Medical Sales
The discipline, leadership, and resilience veterans build in service translate directly into medical sales. We help transitioning service members find their footing in the field, with mentorship and honest guidance from people who have made the same move themselves. It is one of the ways we give back to the community that shaped us.
